Courtney Bell Mislan is twice a graduate of Rutgers University (BA 2002, MEd 2004) and is currently a kindergarten teacher in Freehold, New Jersey. As a Henry Rutgers Scholar, her research investigated the ability of drama therapy to rehabilitate at-risk children. In 2004, she was a finalist for the Governor's Award for Excellence in Teaching. She is happiest, however, when rooting for the Yankees with her husband, traveling to new places, or researching a new cookie recipe. Courtney was senior trainer for Global PACT Croatia in 2007.
