 Denise Horn, Northeastern University

Professor Horn received her Ph.D. from Rutgers University, and is Assistant Professor of International Relations and Acting Director of the International Affairs Program at Northeastern University. While still at Rutgers, Prof. Horn was responsible for the faculty development program component of the State Department-funded Civic Engagement Program Office project managed by the Center for Global Security and Democracy, of which she was Associate Director. Professor Horn is the Director of Global PACT - Northeastern, where she runs regular Global PACT trainings and develops new Global PACT programs. She has led Global PACT programs in South Africa (2006, 2007) and Thailand (2007).
