Global PACT withdrawal and refund policy.
Withdraw From A Program:

For admitted students who wish to withdraw from a program. This only removes you from the Global PACT side of programs. You must also, if cross-registered with a partner school, complete their withdrawal process. Please consult our withdrawal policy which you signed as a part of your application or enrollment acceptance waiver.
Global PACT Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In order to receive any refund in the Cost of Program due to a student’s withdrawal from a Global PACT program, you will need to submit an online form to Global PACT. This form may be accessed under the heading "Withdraw From A Program" on the web page located at: http://www.globalpact.org/Admissions/application-enrollment-system
The date on which the form is submitted and the confirmation email is sent will be the Date of Withdrawal. The form must be completed by the participant, and must only be in the form of the online form. Neither a telephone conversation nor an email can be used to initiate a withdrawal. The withdrawal policy is based on the start date of your program as advised and signed in your application or enrollment waiver.
Global PACT will not credit individual student accounts or accept payment for one student in lieu of another. Only extreme circumstances will merit crediting future programs and even in that case are subject to non-recoverable costs of the program.

Airline Fees
If you have booked airfare via Global PACT we cannot say for certain what fees you will pay. Every airline and ticket have their own rules. Most international tickets have a several hundred dollar penalty for changes or cancellations. Also, there are tickets which are completely nonrefundable. We will work with you to assess and notify you of the amount due to the airlines should you choose to withdraw.
